Benaree (Bennie) Wiley

Benaree “Bennie” Wiley has been a groundbreaking corporate and civic leader in Massachusetts for more than five decades. Wiley was one of the first Black women and first women to attend Harvard Business School, earning an MBA in 1972. After two decades as a consultant, Wiley served as President and CEO of The Partnership, Inc., a Boston organization dedicated to attracting, supporting, and retaining professionals of color in the city. A philanthropist and public servant, Wiley has earned multiple honorary doctorates and awards, including the Academy of Distinguished Bostonians Award from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
