On August 26, 2016, the Women’s Suffrage Celebration Coalition (now the MWHC) and the Boston Mayor’s Office for the Advancement of Women celebrated the 96th anniversary of the 19th Amendment at the Swan Boats.
On October 22, 2015, the Women’s Suffrage Celebration Coalition celebrated the 95th Anniversary of Votes for Women with a screening of the feature film Suffragette.
In 2011, the City of Boston, Boston Women’s Heritage Trail, and the WSCC (now the Massachusetts Women's History Center) joined together to Celebrate Women’s Equality Day.
On November 10, 2010, Suffrage100MA (now the MWHC) held our first-ever event, celebrating the 90th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment with a screening of “Iron Jawed Angels."
